Member
- In-House Counsel Forum is composed of regular members, associate members and honorary members. The admission process for members is determined by resolution of the Board of Directors.
- Regular Member: A person who holds a license to practice law in Korea or another jurisdiction and meets any one of the following criteria
- 1. Individuals serving as executives or employees of private or public corporations, engaged in legal affairs or other managerial duties.
- 2. Individuals teaching or conducting research on law or related subjects at universities or equivalent educational institutions, at the level of lecturer or higher.
- 3. Individuals engaged in corporate legal affairs or research at national or private institutions or research institutes.
- 4. Government officials engaged in legal affairs or other related official activities.
- 5. Other individuals recognized by the Board of Directors as eligible for regular membership.
- Associate Member: Among regular members, those who lost their regular membership for reasons such as joining a law firm (associate membership is granted for a maximum period of three years, taking into account the period of activity as a regular member.)
- Honorary Member: A person who has made significant contributions to IHCF may become an honorary member by resolution of the Board of Directors.
- Withdrawal: Members may withdraw from membership at any time at their discretion.
